A delightful antique Persian Serapi carpet, circa 1900, size 17'8" x 12'0". This fine carpet has the rare combination of an all-over design in the elegantly rendered soft red central field, and an exceptional ivory border. The design is also particularly fine for a Serapi of this vintage. Wool pile. Excellent condition.
