Persian Gallery New York is committed to the satisfaction of our clients when purchasing our antique rugs, carpets, pillows, textiles, and tapestries. We also stand behind the quality and cleanliness of our products, which are professionally maintained, and are reviewed and serviced regularly.
When buying a vintage or antique rug, pillow, textile, or tapestry from Persian Gallery, we allow a return window of up to 14 days, during which the product can be returned for a full refund, with no restocking charges.
After the initial 14 day return window, product returns will be considered for an additional 7 day window, on a case by case basis, with a restocking fee of 20% of the final purchase price.
Items that are marked with any language such as FINAL SALE or NO RETURNS would not be eligible for the 14 day return window, or any other such returns or trade-ins.
For all product returns, the cost of return shipping and/or transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. If the buyer is not able to coordinate shipping on their own, we can be of assistance in providing a return shipping label for the package, the cost of shipping of which would be relayed to the buyer.
Once the product is in the buyer's possession, for any spills, stains, flooding, fire, or other forms of damage to the item that would need professional cleaning and/or restoration, the cost of such would be the responsibility of the buyer.
If an item being returned to us gets lost or destroyed either while in the possession of the buyer, or in transit while being returned by the buyer, that would be the responsibility of the buyer, less any insurance coverage they would obtain to cover the value of the item being returned.
Some restrictions apply, and some items might have different return terms, depending on the platform on which they are purchased, the location to which they are being transported upon purchase, and other factors.
Items shipped to buyers outside the Continental United States are subject to different return terms, based on the platform on which they are purchased, and the location of the buyer.
Trade-ins of items previously purchased either from Persian Gallery, or items obtained from other sources, would be considered on a case by case basis. Generally speaking, trade-ins are not accepted, but in certain specific scenarios, we may consider a trade-in, which would be discussed in detail with the buyer in those cases.
